Develop and evolve complex backend services in Node.js (TypeScript); Design and optimize federated GraphQL APIs (Gateway + Subgraphs) and REST APIs; Implement scalable integrations and solutions using GCP (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Storage); Ensure quality and reliability through automated testing, monitoring (Grafana, Sentry) and good architectural practices; Automate deploys and provisioning with GitLab CI/CD and Terraform; Support the definition of technical standards and best development practices; Contribute with code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering processes; Work closely with product and frontend teams to ensure deliveries of high technical and business value.

We are seeking an English speaking, skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize the deployment, scalability, security, and automation of our cloud-native application running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), container orchestration, monitoring, and cloud security best practices in an Azure environment.

Design, build, and maintain core People Airtable apps that support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as performance, onboarding, and employee data management. Focus will be on designing and architecting new Airtable applications with AI and automation at the core, ensuring systems are intelligent, scalable, and adaptable as the company grows.
